Basically, characters with high Int AND wisdom. Charisma is also recommended but not totally required. Classes of Cleric, Monk, or others so long as they had decent Int and Wis scores.
The Family would expect you to gain a position of high responsibility, be close to the Matriarch and help co-ordinate things.
these characters would be ideal as being "sent to etaria" as lieutenants, so to speak, to co-ordinate the new power base. They can go anywhere so long as there are other Gladomin's around for them to instruct. They would also be getting instructions from Elisaadi, who acts as the matriarch in Chail.
